When we founded Dream India Group in Hyderabad in 2009, we began with a simple conviction: that a good home should not be a privilege reserved for a few. Every family that works hard deserves a home built with care — sound in its construction, generous in its amenities, and honest in its price.
That conviction has shaped every decision we have made since. Our vision is what differentiates us from other players in the industry. We set out to offer homes that are affordable without ever compromising on quality, and we have held ourselves to that standard on every project, in every city.
What we have built
Over more than fifteen years, we have delivered over 2.26 million square feet of residential and commercial space, with a further 2.1 million square feet under development today. More than 4,000 families now live in homes we have built. These are not just numbers on a balance sheet — each one represents a family that placed its trust in us, and a promise we were proud to keep.
Much of that journey has been in service of India's middle class: families who expect, and deserve, quality construction and modern amenities at a price within reach. Their satisfaction has built our reputation more than any advertisement ever could.

Rebuilding Mumbai, together
Today our headquarters are in Mumbai, a city that is reinventing itself. Through slum rehabilitation and redevelopment, we work alongside residents and housing societies to replace ageing, unsafe structures with secure, modern homes — and to unlock land for the city's next generation of growth. Projects such as Dream Signature in Oshiwara, Dream Aspire in Lokhandwala and DZ City in Mumbra are the clearest expression of that commitment.
Where we are going
We are proud of what we have achieved, but we are far from complacent. Building on our foundation in accessible housing, we are expanding into the luxury segment — having completed The Valencia in Banjara Hills and now building Dream Aspire in Lokhandwala — and our ambition is to become a brand known across India for quality and innovation.
Our growth is matched by our responsibility. Through the Dream Group Foundation, established in 2014, we invest in education, healthcare and environmental sustainability in the communities where we build.
